Operating procedures and precautions:

1. Connect to 380V voltage, which must also input zero phase.

2. Close the conveyor switch and adjust the speed by turning it to a medium slow speed.

3. Close the hot air switch and the circulating fan will start working.

4. Close the heating switch and the machine will start heating up. The preset temperature of the machine is generally around 170 ℃. When setting the temperature, press the SET button first, then press the ▲ or ▼ button. After reaching the desired temperature, press the SET button again. Attention: The hot air switch must be turned on before heating can be turned on.

In practical operation, if there are too many wrinkles after shrinking the packaging, the conveying speed can be reduced or the heating temperature can be increased. On the contrary, if there is excessive shrinkage and rupture, the temperature can be reduced.

6. After packaging, turn off the heating switch first, let the conveyor motor and fan continue to run for about 10 minutes, and then cut off the power.

7. The cross-sectional area of the input wire of this machine must exceed 3mm2, and it is prohibited to use this machine in household power supply.

8. The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise the mesh belt is prone to deviation. After using it for more than six months, the aging degree of the wires should be checked and replaced as appropriate.
